Here are some pictures of the hinges of our new refrigerator. You can see that parts are missing from the left hinge, both hinges are bent beyond 90 degrees, and spacers were used to band-aid the problem. 

Two service technicians from A&E have come and gone and neither one was bright enough to notice the missing parts. I'm on the phone with Jenn-Air as I write this trying to get the correct parts.
